Mmmmmmm……..Soft and crispy and the same time with melted cheese oozing out, marbled quesadillas are really simple and easy to make.

What you will need:

Flour Tortilla

Cheddar Cheese

String Cheese

Salsa Sauce (Optional)

On an oil-free pan, heat a flour tortilla for about 30 seconds. Then, place cheddar cheese and string cheese so that the two cheese colors will melt and mix later and create a beautiful marble.

Fold the tortilla in half, and cook for about 40 seconds, then flip to cook the other side for about 30 seconds until brown and crispy.

Cut it into the size you want. Look at the beautiful mix of white and blue!  Eat it while it’s hot but don’t burn your tounge!

Salsa sauce is optional but I think it tastes even better with salsa sauce or tabasco.
