I love starting late Saturday mornings with a golden slice of french toast.


Milk, organic sugar, cinnamon powder, egg, and bread.

1. In a bowl, mix an egg, milk, sugar, and cinnamon well. (Think of it as one egg per slice of bread, so make you mixture according to how many slices you are making.)

2. Melt butter on you pan while your bread soaks up all the mixture. Leave the bread in the bowl for a while so it soaks up everything and it can seep inside (this makes the soft texture inside the toast).

3. Cook on medium heat; cook so that the outside gets crispy and the inside is soft.

I topped the french toast off with organic honey. Maple syrup or melted chocolate will be nice as well.
